偏头痛不要硬扛，应该一感觉要痛起来了就赶紧吃，硬扛反倒会发展成慢性疾病。偏头疼的止痛越早越容易有效，当头痛欲裂的时候再吃止痛药反而无效。而最常见的止痛药布洛芬，唯一的常见副作用就是伤胃（吃点东西再吃药），这是我看鹤立烟雨医生夫妇科普的。
