分享一个鼻炎患者日常缓解症状的药，苍耳子鼻炎油，众所周知鼻炎是难以根治的。本人之前试过各种药，也去大医院看过，但还是去不了根。所以就只好在有症状的时候各种措施缓解。试过各种中成药和西药，这一种不会形成依赖且起效时间长，对于慢性鼻炎和过敏性鼻炎都有比较好的效果。最后要说的是，千万不要用生理盐水去冲鼻腔，只会加重症状。
